You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Subtrack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. TERMINATION

13.1. By User

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.

13.2. By Subtrack

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

14. MODIFICATIONS

14.1. To the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any features or portions thereof without prior notice.
